special ceramics GIGA CORP can make any design ceramics by injection method. usualy Aluminum ceramics is made by powder press method. so it need good mold and products is limitted by mold. if you need screw inside ceramics, press method cannot make . but injection method can make easy with lower price mold. at first we make clay model include screw, and from this clay we can make mold. after heating ceramics will shrink almost 20%. so clay size is change bigger than real. this product has screw inside GIGA method is injection method. and other method are dry press, Dr Brade method, and plustrer used method.all methods have characteristics, under table is comparison of all. size and shape press injection less than 3mm and simple shape 　　◎ 　　▲ more than 3mm and complicated shape 　　△ 　　◎ more tha 2mm and inside complicated 　　▲ 　　◎ more than 100mm sheet (sheet ) and thicness is less than 1mm 　　◎ 　　△ more than 100mm sheet 　　▲ 　　◎ and thicness is more than 2mm more than 300mm and out side is simple 　　◎ 　　△ more than 300mm inside complicated shape (pluster) 　　◎ 　　△
